Yeolmaefarm (Chanyeol Fansite) filed a lawsuit a little while ago separately from SM:
Yeolmaefarm’s Lawsuit Against Malicious Chanyeol Antis
*Note: yeolmaefarm’s collection of evidence and first lawsuit was submitted before sment announced that they would start to take legal action against those who spread false rumors about their artists
For a long while now, yeolmaefarm, a Chanyeol fansite, has been actively collecting evidence against those who seeked to spread false rumors against Chanyeol and those who attacked Chanyeol by leaving malicious comments against both him and his family. On September 20th, yeolmaefarm submitted their first lawsuit.
“Hello, this is yeolmaefarm.
We, yeolmaefarm, submitted a lawsuit on [September] 20th, together with an attorney to the Joongang District Attorney Office and the investigator in charge has been assigned.
We want to inform you of the launching of a full fledged investigation and thank you for helping, trusting, and waiting for us all this while.
We, yeolmaefarm, won’t stop with this first lawsuit. In the future we will constantly progress lawsuits against personal attacks, the spreading of false facts, defamation, slander and insults, and hate comments towards Chanyeol.
For that purpose we ask for your constant attention and support and continuous material collection. Please send the materials to the mail address below.
yeolmaefarm@daum.net
To everyone who persevered through the long wait,
And to everyone who helped us with fundraising and collecting materials we sincerely thank you.”

@yeolmaefarmcom: “We have been sending our own side’s materials (tn: evidence, screenshots, etc.) to SMENT’s side. Also, our lawsuit shall proceed apart from SMENT’s notice (of taking legal action) this time. And even if you delete your posts now, the materials that have been handed over will not disappear. Don’t waste your efforts by attempting to delete your posts in a haste.”
